Ingredients:
 | 150 gm rice flour
200 gm raw peanuts |
 | 100gm plain flour
1 cup thick coconut milk |
 | oil for deep frying
1 ½ tsps coriander seeds ) |
 | 3 candlenuts ) blend to a
paste 2 cm fresh turmeric or 1 tsp
turmeric powder ) |
 | 1 tsp salt |

Preparation: Heat oil and drop in a tablespoon of batter
at a time, cooking until golden brown.
Drain and cool thoroughly before storing.
