Ingredients:
 | 300 gr. red prawns (udang api-api) |
 | 100 gr. carrots |
 | 1 onion leaf |
 | 1 celery |
 | 100 gr. big onion |
 | 5 black pepper salt and pepper to
taste |

Instructions:
 | Clean the prawns and let them whole. |
 | Slice carrot, onion leaf,celery, big
onion thinly. Then boil them with black pepper in 4 cups of water. Let them boil about 30
minutes, give salt and pepper to taste, then boil the prawns until cooked about 2 minutes.
After that take out and leak through. |
 | Ready to serve. |
